My Games

While I had tinkered with building RPGs before I only really started releasing content publicly in October 2020 when I released my first Mörk Borg class.

under a dying moon

UDM is my current project (summer 2023), and for some reason that I don’t understand it’s 5e. It’s being released free on this site for now.

Only Dogs

itch.io

Only Dogs came about because of one of those magical afternoons where I had absolutely nothing going on and the fact that I had a dumb joke my boyfriend made stuck in my head. While it started as a silly journey of mashing together some random tables with pbta rules it slowly started to morph into something more as content met layout.

Aesthetically I’m not super happy with it, it’s lots of expository text with layout and fonts cribbed straight from Mörk Borg, and from a game stand point it’s not really got much meat on it. I think it started to hit upon something interesting but couldn’t quite hit the mark in a single spread. I’d quite like to revisit it some time and expand upon the themes it ended up covering. I’d probably throw in a tonne more Adrian Tchaikovsky references too.

It’s also kind of a great candidate for the Dreams Askew/Apart system.

Third Party Content (Mörk Borg)

Heroes From Behond The Endless Sea: Ragnarök

itch.io

This is my current great work, it started in October 2020, and I’m still working on it to this day (19/09/21).

  • Rules for Seafaring
  • Rules for Bonds
  • 6 Classes
  • Alternate Magic System
  • An archapelagic nordic mini-setting

Turns out all that makes it into a pretty chunky boy. Classes and rules are being released peice meal for that atm until I can really crank through the rest of the content.

Smoke, Steel & Sinew

itch.io | Part of the 24 Hour Misery Jam

This jam was a little special for me because I had my partner collabing on it for the Art. I busted out most of the content in the first afternoon with my partner finishing up the art the next day a breezy 18 minutes before the deadline. We’d also just been on a kick of old 80s scifi horror and a lot of bingeing Fallout New Vegas so those jumped onto the page along with a little 40K. This was a real romp to write and probably the easiest flow from concept to content to layout. But next time I’ll deffo scale back how much I write for a 24hr jam.
